Erika James was recently invited as an expert in crisis leadership to participate in an important panel discussion on the crisis in Haiti at the Darden School of Business. The six panel members provided multiple perspectives on the crisis in Haiti, including the political and economic context in which the crisis is embedded, and the short and long-term efforts to alleviate the suffering on the island. The discussion and subsequent Q & A also explored economic remedies for Haiti moving forward.
